PHASE I - PLANS
3400 SQUARE FOOT METAL BUILDING ELEVATED NINE FEET
ABOVE THE CURRENT SLAP ON THE WEST END OF THE OLD BUILDING.
THE BUILDING WILL HAVE A FOUR INCH CONCRETE
FLOOR, HELD UP BY GALVANIZED STEEL SUPPORTS.

PHASE I
ARE LISTED AS
TIME FOR COMPLETION: The work to be performed by Design/Builder pursuant to this Agreement (the ?work?) shall commence on site approximately March 15, 2010 and shall be substantially completed within 55-60 working days or approximately on May 25, 2010. Above dates are predicated on receipt of Down Payment no later than January 6, 2010 and written release for fabrication of steel building frame & granting of building permit no later than Feb. 10, 2010.
